George Gotthold, CPA - George has nineteen years of experience as a Certified Public Accountant, Certified Financial Planner, Forensic Accountant, and Hospitality Consultant. George concentrates in all areas of Federal and State taxation; including individual, estate and fiduciary income taxation, estate planning, partnership and corporate taxation. George also has extensive experience in state and local and multi-state taxation.

Helene Koseff, CPA - Helene has over nineteen years of experience providing accounting, auditing, tax and consulting services primarily to closely-held businesses. These include real estate developers, architects, retail stores, law firms, manufacturers, distributors of construction contractors, medical practices, engineering firms, hotels and restaurants. Helene also has assisted clients in acquisitions/sales of businesses, evaluating accounting systems and the valuation of their businesses.

Helene graduated from Rider University in 1987 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and in 1988 received her MBA from Rider University. She is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of New Jersey and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants. Helene is also a diplomat of the American College of Forensic Examiners.

Kortney Kimmel has been successfully serving clients’ accounting, tax, and business investigative needs for over three years.  His experience stems from his work with clients in the real estate, hospitality, aviation, and dental industries.  He has conducted investigations of internal controls, provided litigation support, investigated suspected fraud, as well as more traditional accounting projects such as auditing financial statements for HUD purposes and providing tax services to large investor partnerships.  He has served clients of all sizes ranging from sole proprietorships to publicly held companies. 

In 2005, Kortney received his Bachelors of Science in Accounting from Penn State University.
