Ray has been a certified
public accountant (CPA) and forensic
accountant for over twenty-five years. Ray began his career at Arthur
Andersen & Company where he played a significant role in the
development of the firm's hospitality and casino practice. As a
member of the firm's worldwide Hospitality Accounting Group, he
designed and implemented financial reporting and internal control
systems for hotels and casinos.
Over the next ten years Ray
spent considerable time developing the firm's litigation support
services practice. As a Senior Manager with the firm, he applied
his non-legal skills to the litigation process primarily in
fact-finding and damage-analysis determination.
Ray is the Managing Partner
of Ciccone, Gotthold & Koseff, a firm of Certified Public Accountants
that offers accounting, tax, business and litigation support
services throughout New York and New Jersey.
Ray holds a Master of
Science (Taxation) degree from the Stillman Graduate School of
Seton Hall University. He is a member of the American Institute of
Certified Public Accountants and the New Jersey Society of
Certified Public Accountants where he served on the Litigation
Support Services Committee.

Warren has been a certified
public accountant (CPA), certified fraud examiner (CFA) and forensic
accountant for over thirty years.
From 1991 to the present
time Warren has been a principal in the Forensic Accounting Group and
managing partner in Schneider & Company, Certified Public
Accountants.
Warren
specializes in forensic accounting, litigation support, business valuation
and merger& acquisition matters in various industries
with a concentration in the real estate and hospitality areas.
From 1985 to 1991, Warren represented
Donald J. Trump and The Trump Organization in litigation support,
merger and acquisition, hotel, casino, airline and financing
matters as Corporate Treasurer of the Trump Organization and each
of the Trump casino hotels.
Previously, Warren was a partner with the
New York City accounting firm of Feldman, Radin, Feinsod &
Company which specialized in real estate and merger and
acquisition support .
In the early part of his career, Warren
spent several years with Deloitte & Touche where he was a
Senior Accountant responsible for the supervision of audits of
various Fortune 1000 companies.
Warren graduated from the Wharton
Graduate School of the University of Pennsylvania with a Master of
Science in Accounting and received his Bachelor of Arts from
Rutgers College.
Warren is a member of the AICPA and the
New Jersey and New York State Societies of Certified Public
Accountants and has served on the Litigation Support Committees of
both organizations. He is also a member of the National
Association of Certified Fraud Examiners.
